Check-in and payment

If you have an appointment at our outpatient clinics, you can use our self-service to check-in when you arrive and to pay after your appointment.

Mobile phone

1-2 hours before your appointment, you will receive a text message (SMS) with a link where you can register your arrival. You can also use this link to pay after your appointment.

Check-in terminal

You can use our check-in terminal to check in for your appointment and to register for a blood test. The self-service terminal is in our reception area near the hospital entrance.

Invoice

After your appointment, you will receive a text message (SMS) where you can choose to pay by Vipps or invoice.

If you choose an invoice, an electronic invoice will be sent to you free of charge. Paper invoices are only sent to patients who have opted out of e-invoices in their online banking.

Reception

If you do not wish to use a mobile phone or the self-service terminal, you can pay at the reception by the hospital’s main entrance after your appointment.
