Onboarding for new employees

Your new manager and colleagues will warmly welcome you and offer support as you begin your new position at Helse Fonna.

First day at work

On your first day at work, it is important to ensure that the following information is registered in the Human Resources system:

  • Bank account number
  • Telephone number
  • Emergency contact information
  • Children (including dates of birth)
  • Any additional employment

Your personal data must always be kept up to date throughout your employment.

Practical information

Parking for employees

At Haugesund and Stord hospitals, employees can enter into an agreement to obtain a parking card at a fixed monthly rate. Each hospital has its own guidelines for parking.

For more information about parking subscriptions and local regulations, please contact your manager.

Changing rooms

The ID card will grant access to locker rooms and changing rooms. You will be assigned a locker.

Employee ID card

All employees are required to have an identification card (ID card), which is also used for access control and digital systems.

To obtain your ID card:

  1. Fill out the required form.
  2. Bring the completed form to the Access and Security Office.
  3. You will be photographed and issued your card on site.

Your ID card is essential for accessing facilities and using internal digital solutions.

Access to PC

Your manager will order all the necessary data accesses you need to log onto your PC.
